Sorry for posting so late lol but life gets busy after the holidays especially with three kids running around.
This Christmas was one of the easiest so far, I planned early and I got a lot of stuff done so I give myself big props for that. :)
Christmas eve was spent at my dads just like it has the past 3 years I am so glad we started going there and my mom joining us it has made it so much easier so much less travel for us. His house is getting bigger so the crowd grows as well. I am sure it gives him a ton of pride that he is able to host Christmas at his house and have all is good friends and his grand kids, and close relatives there with him. I know it makes me very proud of him. The kids had a blast as usually at Grandpa Dan's it doesn't even have to be Christmas for them to have fun there but the presents and having there cousins there to play with made it extra special. The next morning we woke up at home and had our family time with us and the kids. Riley got his DS he asked and its so fun I want one now. After that we Headed to Brian's parents house for another round of wild, paper shredding. The kids got a ton of stuff and we got just what we needed too. We are very lucky! We spent the rest of the day eating great food and hanging with the family. It was a wonderful Christmas. We ended up buying ourselves our Christmas present on new years day when we found a great deal on a 47" Lcd flat screen at Walmart. all I can say is wow the picture does it no Justice at all. Well better go the kids are screaming We are truly blessed and hope "09 is as good as "08 was to us. I will have to do a year in review post soon when I get a spare hour or two.
